After you add our ad code to your website it will take at least 10 days before your listing shows an accurate number of your monthly impressions.
The reason for this is so the system has enough time to calculate an average number of monthly impressions to show an accurate reflection of your sites traffic to advertisers.
We can not manually adjust your listings or alexa rank on your listing.
